TIE IT UP

How does a simple grey dress look this good?

It’s true when they say that mini dresses are a Muslimah’s version of a long shirt and this grey Wrap It Up Tie-Front Mini Dress from Tobi makes the cut. It also comes in black and navy but I thought I would change it up and nab myself a grey one instead.

The beautiful and soft rayon and spandex material had me at “hello” and I love the second overlay feature that ties nicely at the front. I was tossing between a size M and S but decided to get the small size. Lucky that I did because the fit was already pretty loose which is how I like it. It also has a good stretch to it as well.

This gorgeous grey dress is great to take you from work to dinner and can be dressed up or down. That being said, I think it’s always important to think about these factors when you are shopping, so you can truly get your money’s worth on your new purchase and not let it collect dust in your closet.

The way I styled it today can easily be pulled off for day or night. I have paired it with my Dimity Tony Bianco boots. They are just so damn sexy!

I wanted to go for my leather jacket but I also wanted to cover my ‘b’ hind so I wore Idrus’ denim jacket instead for a bit more coverage. And of course, there is my stunning PM Palm Springs Louis Vuitton back pack AGAIN, doing it’s thang.

Finally, I added Habiba Da Silva’s scarf, this time in brown to the ensemble which I think really finished the outfit.

Another great outfit that I can’t wait to find an excuse to wear.

I don’t mean to sound like a broken record, but please be sure to take advantage of the free shipping to Australia via Tobi. as well. You are bound to find some amazing pieces. I for one cannot wait to go on a shopping frenzy with Tobi again.

Disclaimer: Don’t mind the creases, I totally hadn’t realized until I looked back on these photos. #bloggerstruggles
