EID LOOKBOOK STLYE GUIDE

Need a little inspiration for Eid? Look no further…

My favourite time of the year is almost here, Eid is just around the corner!

Eid is essentially an Islamic version of Christmas, however celebrating the end of Ramadan. You betcha – it’s a day shared with family, friends, food and presents for the young ones.

Last year, I shared a video on Youtube with an Eid inspiration lookbook which can be seen here. Of course, I could not wait to do another Eid style guide for Eid 2017 which can be seen here.

To follow from the lookbook, I wanted to get in more in-depth and really be a helping hand to assist you in finding something great to wear this year, in case you have no clue what you’re wearing. Bare in mind, most of these items are discontinued but I tried my best to find similar items for you. Let’s begin!

For my first Eid outfit, I chose to wear my beautiful black diagonal skirt by MLM Label. Rebel Muse has one XS left so get in quick if it’s your size. Alternatively, MLM have the exact same skirt in white and also a maxi version in a gorgeous plum colour.

I wore my black and white bodysuit from a recent collaboration with Tobi as seen here and added my one and only gold button, double breasted blazer from Forever New which will not cost you an arm and a leg.

My black headscarf is from Modelle, undercap is from Hijab House and my heels are an old collection from Seed Heritage.

This next outfit is my favourite out of the three. It’s very feminine which is something that you don’t often see. I am wearing the ultimate flattering Good Fortune skirt by Asilio (Rebel Muse has one size M left), SheIn White Striped Bell Cuff T-Shirt, a very old dusty pink blazer that I purchased from Nasty Gal when I was a teen and the same shoes I wore in look one.

My undercap is also from Modelle, hijab is from Habiba da Silva which is now sold out but you can find similar ones from Modelle at an affordable price too.

The last and final look for this years Eid style guide features the unique maxi button up dress from Asilio which is no longer available. I’ll try my best to find similar ones, but I can’t guarantee it will be in the same colour palette. My heels are from my favourite Australian label, Tony Bianco. My black scarf and undercap is the same one I’m wearing in Look One.
