A bit of luxe and flare

A couple of weeks ago, I attended a bloggers event that was being held at Hijab House in Brunswick. I was delighted to accept a full outfit of my choosing courtesy of Hijab House which is what I am going to share with you today. Read more about the event here.

Hijab House had only recently received their new arrivals in-store at the same time offering up to 70% off on their older items. You can still grab yourself a bargain if you visit their online store or better yet say hello to the lovely ladies in the Brunswick store instead.

The first thing I knew I wanted to try on was the uber cool Utility Oversized Denim Jacket that was released a couple months ago. The denim jacket features embellished cuffs with a circle waist tie belt. It’s something totally different to what I’ve seen on the market and to say I was excited to finally try on the jacket is a huge understatement. It is the PERFECT oversized jacket! I won’t need to steal Idrus’ jacket ever again (just kidding). Stay tuned for my next post to see how I styled the jacket.

The next two items I ended up choosing and is being featured in today’s post was the stunning Ayumi shirt with flared sleeves that features frayed edges. Unfortunately, Hijab House were out of denim jeans so instead I thought I’d try the Sport Luxe Leggings. I’m so glad I decided to choose these pants because they’re honestly the most comfortable pair of leggings I’ve ever worn with its elasticated drawstring and fitted cuffs. These will look great with your favourite pair of sneakers but for this shoot I paired it with my Tony Bianco Vienna slides for a more feminine feel to compliment the Ayumi shirt.

Finally, to finish off the relaxed look, I wore it with Hijab House’s new hijab range which is the Amber Brown Textured Hijab and wore it as a turban over their Blush under-cap.

I love that I can wear the shirt and pants individually and style it with my other items. I’ve been told that I have a knack for finding the best flared tops so I am excited to add this one to my collection.

If you like any of these items then you must visit the Hijab House store in Brunswick. They also have two Hijab House stores in New South Wales too. Alternatively, you can shop via their online website too.
